This semi-abstract painting features some rolling hills in the middle distance, with a suggestion of much larger mountains in behind. There is a stretch of water, a loch perhaps, and in the foreground, a single tree trunk stretching up and out of the painting. It looks as if it might be winter – there is snow on the hills. There is a real sense of depth in this painting, with the very dark trunk in the foreground contrasting sharply with the white hills behind.
The painting comes mounted and framed in a narrow silver aluminium frame. 100% of the sales price of this painting will be donated to either Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine, or Children’s Hospices across Scotland – your choice at checkout
