Paintings Gallery

One of many paintings completed during Lockdown. There is at last a sense that life is about to open up again, spring is coming, and spring bulbs are pushing through, the days are lengthening, the sun is beginning to feel warm again, and there is almost a feeling of hope in the air. This painting is a tribute to all these things. I almost called it ‘Hope’ but decided on “Opening”.

This painting is created using alcohol inks on 265g synthetic paper. Buy unframed (easier and cheaper to post, especially overseas) or framed in a contemporary silver picture frame –  see photo – add £40.
