Exhibition Of Sold Paintings

Description

This painting uses black ink on a white background. There are fine threaded gold lines and copper sheen throughout. The inks traverse diagonally across the painting, but despite the black ink there is a lightness and an airiness to the painting, giving an almost Japanese feel. The use of gold metallic and copper metallic means that the painting can look very different when viewed from different angles, as the light catches the metallics – visit and swipe left on this painting on my Instagram page to see the video of this effect.
